Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kxl8 website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the kxl8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of kxl8, including players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations from which kxl8 services are accessed.

Your continued use of the kxl8 platform following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. kxl8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of kxl8 services. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a kxl8 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through kxl8 tools or via any applicable responsible gaming programme.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify kxl8 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Own funds: You must be depositing and wagering your own funds only. Use of kxl8 on behalf of a third party, or using funds provided by a third party for gambling purposes, is strictly prohibited.

kxl8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request identity documents including a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification completion.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register exactly one account on kxl8. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for account verification, communication, and responsible gaming purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxl8 account credentials, including your username and password. kxl8 will never ask you to share your password, your bKash PIN, your Nagad PIN, or any other payment credential via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify kxl8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one kxl8 account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kxl8 reserves the right to close all such accounts without notice, void any bonuses or promotional winnings earned across the accounts, and withhold or return deposits at its sole discretion. Players who knowingly operate duplicate accounts to gain an unfair bonus advantage may have their accounts permanently banned.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

kxl8 supports a range of payment methods designed to serve Bangladesh-based players conveniently and securely. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. Deposits

1. The minimum deposit amount on kxl8 is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.
2. Deposits are credited to your kxl8 wallet typically within a few minutes of successful payment processing. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
3. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and full return of funds.
4. kxl8 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. kxl8 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
5. All deposits are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless the player is using a USDT crypto channel, in which case amounts are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
2. Before processing a first withdrawal, kxl8 may require completion of KYC identity verification. Players are advised to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
3. kxl8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, time of day, and any pending verification requirements.
4. kxl8 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a hold period of up to 5 business days in exceptional cases.
5. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section of these terms.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

kxl8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket tournament specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• One Bonus Per Player: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Withdrawal Order: Real money funds in a player's wallet are wagered before bonus funds unless stated otherwise. Players must meet all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• kxl8 Discretion: kxl8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall apply.

kxl8 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to jointly exploit promotions — will have their bonus winnings voided and their account reviewed for potential permanent closure.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Sports Betting

Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

kxl8 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that is the result of a technical error, data feed error, pricing error, or any other system malfunction. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's wallet. kxl8 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet or game outcome caused by technical error. Winnings generated from bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will not be paid and the relevant bets will be voided at kxl8's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kxl8. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to register or transact on kxl8.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated tool, software bot, AI agent, or script to interact with kxl8 games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and value exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus offers, or odds inconsistencies in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, or that constitutes abuse of the platform's commercial terms.
• Money laundering: Using kxl8 as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal activity. kxl8 complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to kxl8 by persons under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with minors.
• Account sharing: Sharing your kxl8 account credentials with any other person, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kxl8 platform — including but not limited to the kxl8 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of kxl8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kxl8 content.

Game titles, provider names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), and associated imagery remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. kxl8 operates under appropriate licensing agreements with all game content providers. Players have no claim to any intellectual property right arising from their use of games or other platform features.

You may not use the kxl8 name, logo, or any other brand element in any promotional, commercial, or public communication without the prior written consent of kxl8. Unauthorised use of kxl8's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

kxl8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure service continuity, security, and accuracy of game outcomes, kxl8 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, and internet connectivity problems may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxl8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kxl8 platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from game outcome disputes, technical errors that affect bet outcomes, delays in payment processing, or interruptions to live dealer or sports betting services during high-traffic events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches.

kxl8's total aggregate liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their kxl8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

kxl8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed underage gambling or suspicion thereof pending verification.
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of terms, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal of remaining funds following account closure requests is typically processed within 5 business days.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, kxl8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real money funds, in addition to voiding all pending bets and bonus allocations.

Responsible Gaming
